“The Premium team helped me over a period of time: first calls were to diagnose and troubleshoot problems with my Bryant 90 furnace last winter and some temporary work-around as Inwas not ready to purchase an upgrade. Then when I was ready they gave solid guidance on what to replace with (heat pump), gave me an overview of what to expect, came in the time window they scheduled. After the start of installation, I changed my mind about placement and our ductwork which resulted in a larger discussion about our house needs. From that discussion, we decided to upgrade our A/C and ductwork as well and now have both a dual propane/electric heat pump and new A/C.
