Love this company! We have the service contract for heating and AC. The serviceman is always friendly and thorough. Chris has come the last two times. Because of his commercial experience he was able to correct a quirky programming issue for a remote thermostat. They did a lot of work when we did a whole house project we had done 2020-2021. Great customer service with everyone I have worked with, from office staff to management.

Our dryer ventilation duct was plugged and causing our dryer to malfunction. Made a call to Robic, left a voicemail and they had Rocky out to our house within a couple of hours. Great customer service, fair priced and I will definitely be using them again! Thanks guys!
