I have been with Wally Falke's as a client for many years and always been pleased with every one of their technician. I want to shout out about one of their technician, Gavin, he has been here to service our AC and heater a number of times and always listen to what issues I tell him. He goes above and beyond every time he is here. He doesn't rush through the job. We had intermittent heat and then no heat for 3 weeks. We had another well-known company come out twice but the young tech couldn’t find the problem and in fact ordered a part that we didn’t need. He just started it manually again and didn’t know what to do. Ricky from Wally Falke’s came out within a day and had our heater fixed and back on the same day. What a difference! Highly recommend this company.
