Called and spoke to Michael. I had a lot of questions and he was able to answer them and give pricing ranges. When he came over to provide an estimate, he was thorough, knowledgeable and did not beat around the bush. Ended up using Pacific Breeze to replace my existing AC/Furnace unit. His team that came over to remove/install were prompt, courteous, and did their job.
