“Last evening or AC unit when completely out-deader than a door mail. I was diagnosed at Mayo Clinic with an inability to tolerate heat as a result of a very bad virus that knocked out all the sweat glands in my body. The result is that any temperature above 72 or so could make me very sick or worse. We called the company that installed our unit (in 2011) & the answering service would not disturb anyone to come out. We found O C Breeze online and the owner Greg sent out George at 9pm. By 10:30 we were up and running and 2 repairs to our unit had taken place. Without their help we would have had to go to a hotel. George was very professional & performed his job quickly, showing us the problems before repairing them. That was all above and beyond and we are customers for life! Thank you so much.“

They moved the equipment from a ground floor closet to the attic, replaced and added to the original ducting and installed the first air conditioning unit in this house in its history.
Brian Baldridge, his family members and their staff run a very impressive, service-oriented operation. Bryant, part of the Carrier group, is very good equipment. But what sets Oasis apart from many other good contractors is the extreme emphasis Brian and his crews place on the details of the installation.
Oasis is well-organized and responsive. Several contractors bid on my job. Brian did the most thorough evaluation of my house and the existing HVAC system and suggested improvements.Brian responded quickly to my calls and emails and patiently answered my numerous questions. I accepted every one of his suggestions. His crews are professional, careful, efficient and clean. It is very clear to me that his first concern is always the quality of the work and he has trained his workers thoroughly in that mindset and practice. His pricing was very fair. “My air conditioner went out while out of town for 3 months, my wife was home and not happy with the summer heat. I called Rohan & Sons and Dean said he could stop by and look at it the next day.

Dean called me back and said my air conditioner was dead and the system needed a full rehaul after 25 years of service. It was worse than just needing a replacement unit, there was minor mold damage from years of water leakage and extensive wood damage. Dean recommended a mold remediation company.

In a little more than a week the job was complete!

Very responsive same day service. Our new HVAC system installed by someone else blew Air Conditioning when set to heat. It was wired incorrectly to the thermostat and at the blower so it blew a fuse. Brad, the Owner of Harbor HVAC, responded to my call within minutes, diagnosing the issue on the phone. He sent his technician Xavier out that eve. Xavier was courteous, on time, helpful and patient and meticulously thorough. He explained everything and solved the problem in VERY short time.
