About Oasis Air Conditioning and Heating
Oasis Air Conditioning and Heating is a very impressive, service-oriented operation in San Juan Capistrano. They are well-organized, responsive, and good with communication. The company offers thorough evaluations, discusses options to understand needs, and provides fair, competitive pricing. They show flexibility with brands and offer a strong warranty. Their extreme emphasis is on the details of the installation. Crews are professional, careful, efficient, clean, polite, prompt, hardworking, and very considerate of the home. They are attentive to details, patient, and answer all questions. Installations can include replacing furnaces and ducting, adding first-time air conditioning, moving equipment to attics, installing heat pumps and zone systems, and building platforms in tight areas. The installed systems are excellent, quiet, and provide excellent service. The company is very responsive to calls, emails, questions, and concerns. Their first concern is always the quality of the work. They also service what they install, leading to outstanding and very positive experiences. Customers report they will never look elsewhere and will recommend them to friends and neighbors.
Our system failed after ten years. We competitively bid with three other services, and I can say that Oasis was professional, honest, and competitive. Both their internal and external bidding contacts, Stanley and Chris, were incredibly clear about options: they didn’t try to oversell or use scare tactics to entice me to buy something we didn’t need. They explained how the new system was different than what we had, and they tested every vent, and the thermostat equipment to ensure that...read full review
We have been using Oasis for our HVAC needs for at least 25 years, and they never disappoint. The 28 year old system Oasis installed for us was recently totaled by a power surge. Usually I do a lot of research before major purchases. But needed the system repaired as quickly as possible, and authorized this work with only a rudimentary understanding of all the changes that have occurred in AC equipment over the last 25 years. I felt relatively secure in this decision, since Oasis installed the original system and has been doing yearly maintenance, and has never steered me wrong.
As the work started I began researching the system I had just authorized, learning for...read full review
I highly recommend Oasis Air Conditioning in San Juan Capistrano. Oasis replaced the original furnace in my 1978 tract house in Newport Beach. They moved the equipment from a ground floor closet to the attic, replaced and added to the original ducting and installed the first air conditioning unit in this house in its history.
Brian Baldridge, his family members and their staff run a very impressive, service-oriented operation. Bryant, part of the Carrier group, is very good equipment. But what sets Oasis apart from many other good contractors is the extreme emphasis Brian and his crews place on the details of the installation.
