My Central AC went out called Nexgen and what a show they put on 3 hours running around the house with meters telling me how I need new ducts etc long story short have me a price of 27k out of thier minds , I called harbor and next day Xavier and Khalif were dispatched and immediately examined my unit told me what I needed new compressor and coil , no new ducts and other stuff nexgen mentioned they were very honest courteous and gave me honest estimate and saved me alot of money . They booked my appointment few days out and Frank and Team showed up they were professional on time did an excellent job . I couldn't have been happier with the service from Harbor Heating & Air. I run an Airbnb and having a fully functioning AC is crucial. Just a day before my next guests were set to arrive, the AC suddenly stopped working. I was in a bind and needed help ASAP. I reached out to Harbor Heating & Air and Nate got back to me within minutes. He quickly arranged a free appointment for me to diagnose the issue at my earliest convenience.Xavier, their technician, showed up and expertly took care of the problem. 8/21/2023 - In May of 2020 Brad's crew from Harbor Heating & Air replaced and installed two complete heating and A/C units (upstairs and downstairs). His price was reasonable and way below the Costco estimate by the way. Between August 10th and the 14th 2023 the upstairs A/C unit was making a strange noise and wasn't putting out the air. I looked at the outside unit and saw that the fan would start and then stop. I knew it wasn't working correctly so I called Harbor Heating & Air, expecting to get an appointment in about two weeks or so. They had one for Wednesday, August 16 which I booked.
