Very responsive same day service. Our new HVAC system installed by someone else blew Air Conditioning when set to heat. It was wired incorrectly to the thermostat and at the blower so it blew a fuse. Brad, the Owner of Harbor HVAC, responded to my call within minutes, diagnosing the issue on the phone. He sent his technician Xavier out that eve. Xavier was courteous, on time, helpful and patient and meticulously thorough. He explained everything and solved the problem in VERY short time. He is exactly the kind if technician you want in your home fixing things. I don’t often write reviews but I highly recommend Harbor HVAC
My Central AC went out called Nexgen and what a show they put on 3 hours running around the house with meters telling me how I need new ducts etc long story short have me a price of 27k out of thier minds , I called harbor and next day Xavier and Khalif were dispatched and immediately examined my unit told me what I needed new compressor and coil , no new ducts and other stuff nexgen mentioned they were very honest courteous and gave me honest estimate and saved me alot of money . They booked my appointment few days out and Frank and Team showed up they were professional on time did an excellent job . I have a 9 yr old special needs little girl and they came thru and my lil girl had AC ! I thank them the whole team great employees and most importantly they didn't try to take advantage .
