I highlight recommend Globaltech. I received many quotes to remove my gas heater and install a new HVAC system and heat pump. Ben was the only one who explained to me how each HVAC system works and which one is better. All technicians were very knowledgeable and wonderful. They even removed all dirt and grind everyday after they were done with the work. They went beyond when they were encountered with some construction issues and installed the system very fast. Ben’s attention to detail and customer service was excellent. He even took the time to educate me on the system after the system was installed. The system runs perfectly and we are very happy about it!

Senior technician Steve came out today for the final job walk-through, and I couldn’t be more impressed. He called ahead to confirm the appointment and gave me a heads-up when he was on his way—super professional and courteous from start to finish. Steve carefully inspected everything to ensure the installation was done correctly and that everything was functioning perfectly. His attention to detail and respectful demeanor really stood out.
