Honest, prompt, knowledgeable, neat, nice and I could on. Chad and team replaced my 32 year old HVAC system. As you can see from the before and after photos of the A/C unit (I didn't take photos of the furnace) they did an excellent job of replacing my own unit. To start the process, Chad analyzed the needs of my house, based on the square footage, where the sun hit, etc. He treated my place like it was his own. He explained my options and made recommendations. I ended up with Lennox units. They seem to be much cooler (maybe 30-40% more air) and the unit is much quieter and more efficient than my old unit. Chad made my HVAC installation seamless. He provided honest advice and competitive pricing without the typical membership & service upsells that i was seeing from other bids I got. I had opted for a permit & he managed the process well, keeping me updated along the process. He provided me all the necessary paperwork to ensure a successful inspection. During installation, him and his team(shoutout to Renee) was prompt and professional—finishing the furnace, AC, and a attic gable fan that I wanted to get installed in about 5 hours. If you want a team that values transparency and quality work, this is it.

D C’s Heating and Air Conditioning and truly felt taken care of every step of the way. From the very beginning, they treated us like family. They were reliable, professional, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy for us to understand, which we really appreciated.

The team showed up when they said they would, worked hard, and got the job done right. We are soooo happy with our new system—the difference in comfort is amazing! One detail that really impressed us was that they even changed out our vents so they now point toward the middle of the rooms, which has made the airflow so much better.
