I WILL USE THIS COMPANY FOREVER!!!If you couldn't tell based on the first line. Greg and his wife are nothing short of AMAZING.I have been doing some remodeling around my home and -- I will save you the long story.I blew a fuse in my AC unit and the night before my appointment Greg called me and said he really thinks its an easy fix that I could do myself. He felt bad charging me the trip charge to come out there and do a simple fix. Not only did he tell me exactly how to fix it myself, but I (annoyingly-- sorry!) called him multiple times to ask questions "is this right?" "is this what I need?" Our heating was not working. Called Greg and he was able to come over the next day. Very professional; diagnosed the problem very quickly and gave a reasonable quote. Work was completed and he made sure everything was operating as expected. Very happy with his service - would call him anytime we have an issue!

Greg quickly diagnosed the problem and helped me order a part online. He even face timed the next day to walk me thru an issue instead of charging me for another service call. Part came in and heat working now. Highly recommend OC Breeze.
