I needed to schedule an appointment with a neurologist over at this location. Every time I used to call to schedule it I would get same answer. “we can’t schedule your appointment because your previous dr needs to release you in order to see the doctor that you would like to see. Well, even though I was told that that would not be an issue, that PIH U C C OF SANTA SPRINGS WOULD TAKE CARE Of the release They never did. Until I was lucky enough to have Monica Answer from the Neurology department took took this matter into her hands and went above and beyond to be able to finally schedule my appointment. I love this office, they are always friendly and polite and clear and precise instructions on what to do and where to go.the atmosphere is real respectful everyone who needs to wears a mask. The wait is pretty much on time always. Love my Dr. Here.
Spacious and clean building. Staff made my mom and I feel welcomed. Dr Andrew Luu was very patient and was able to help my mom with her needs. Service was a 10/10 we only spent about 30-40 mins in there. Would recommend it.
