He diagnosed the problem in less than 2 minutes based on the noise it was making, added some lubricant to stop the squealing, ordered a new part, picked It up the next day, installed it in less than 5 minutes and was done. People may not know that he is an expert at heating and air conditioning as well as plumbing. Like having an engineer on the job. His crew is great also. Honest and worthy of your trust. I contacted Comet Plumbing when my sewer backed up, and when Andrew confirmed he wasn't able to fit it in, he provided consultation over the phone: how to contact the city, what to share, possible causes, and offered another local business as a "back up" if I still needed help that day.This morning my water heater wasn't working, so I called Comet, and again Andrew pointed me to a different specialist because of his busy schedule. We had a kitchen sink clog, with water leaking from the u-pipe underneath, motor was non functional due to clog. The job was done within 30-45 mins, they did snaking and replaced damaged pipes with better and stronger material. Excellent work with affordable rates, I would recommend if anyone has plumbing or require rework on piping.“
