Armando was awesome: chill, honest, and thorough. He cleared our kitchen and washer drain line, put everything back together, and waited through a full quick wash cycle to make sure the washer drained properly. Great work. I would use Plumbing Point again.
It was very nice working with Armando\. He showed up on time and was able to offer an affordable price to replace the pipes in the shower for my senior client\. He also found another contractor to put the tiles back in the shower, and the finished job looks excellent\.
The job took a few days to complete, and they were always very patient and accommodating when waiting for the tenant to open the door\. I really appreciate their professionalism and would definitely recommend Armando.
So far so good
To be continued as we determined I need to order a faucet.
Update—Armando guided me on what faucet specifications would work and I ordered a couple of them on Amazon. He arrived promptly, communicating effectively throughout the replacement process. He patiently answered all of my questions. He did a thorough job, cleaned up well and now I have a nice new faucet, no leaks!
Thank you, Armando!
