Rayza opened little hands in March of 2024. My son Ziki was her first child at 8 months and now she has a thriving in home daycare. Her set up is amazing with a separate unit dedicated to the daycare. She keeps it immaculate and I was amazed at how much she dedicated her evenings and weekends to continuing education on early childhood issues which was evident when speaking with her everyday.

We just transitioned to preschool and it was bittersweet because Ziki loved going to “school” every day. I could see important things be learned - like finding something in the playground and bringing it to me rather than putting it in his mouth. Offering me a turn to share. So many little gestures I know he learned at daycare.

“I have been going there to see Judy Lane for HRT for the last 10 years. She is a nurse practitioner. My previous insurance Blue Shield covered my visits. Now they also accept Medicare. She is very experienced with hormone replacement. Her name was given to me by my doctor at the institute for Health and Healing who moved away from SFO. Dr Haas is a General MD. And they also have an Osteopath who I saw and helped me out with my neck and back pain. Recommend some PT after reviewing my X-Rays. He also did some work on my back in the office. I have recommended Judy to a few of my friends and it has worked well for them“

“I recently visited this clinic for my I-693 medical exam required for my green card application, and I had a great experience from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and well-organized. The staff were professional and courteous, and the doctors were especially friendly, helpful, and patient in answering all my questions.

“I had the unfortunate need to stop by here last Friday night. My friend was having an acute pain issue and I was with her. Lucky for her, I'm a nurse lol. So we had to figure what insurance she had and headed to Kaiser on Geary! We arrived sometime around 11pm and had to drive up a tiny ramp, which is a bit confusing and off putting. When you get to the main entrance the ambulance bay is TINY, like... maybe 1-2 can fit in there. I got out and a security guard asked me what I was there for. He was kind enough to help me get her in a wheel chair and took her inside while I parked my car. The garage was maybe a 3-5 minute walk down the hill. I was fine walking up the hill, but I can see how this may be an issue for some folks. Once I got inside I found my friend awkwardly stationed in the middle of the waiting room facing the main ED entrance. I quickly moved her to the side and sat with her while we waited. It was maybe 30 minutes before they called her in to triage. That was pretty quick in the world of emergency departments. After that they sent us back outside to the tiny waiting room and at that point there was a man handcuffed to a hospital bed spewing hate at anyone that was near him. He was also surrounded by several police officers. I mean, let's face it, this is San Francisco. Anyhow, maybe within 15 or so minutes they called her name and we were escorted to a small short stay CDU. We got her up in the bed and the nurse there immediately told her to disrobe, which I thought was odd... because she was only there for lower back pain. In the time she started to change the doctor came in and started to examine her. Thankfully put a stop to that silliness. Anyhow the MD quickly suggested a few things which I knew were going to be done, and declined imaging which I disagreed with, but... I wasn't the provider. Just the advocate. After he was done, they gave her a shot, I got some prescription med downstairs for her, and we were out of there in less than 1.5 hours. In the world of ED wait times, this was pretty impressive. Yes, maybe it was off-putting, but it's an ED in San Francisco. I can't expect much. Overall, for my first time in a Kaiser ED, it was pretty quick. If you have some minor urgent matter and your a Kaiser member? Don't hesitate to go here. Maybe we got lucky that night... who knows.“
