One Medical in San Rafael and Dr. Pitluk are always wonderful. The office is really well run, prompt and welcoming, and Dr. Pitluk couldn't be kinder or more attentive. She is thorough and knowledgable, and listens to my questions and concerns and then offers solutions and options. Great care all the way around!
I typically get nervous when going to visit the doctor, but NOT HERE!! Dr. Underwood is punctual and thorough!! I feel HEARD during my visits. The office is clean. Staff is professional and efficient. Lab on premises is a big bonus. And…not for nothin’ ~ parking is easy and ample!
Efficient, clean, punctual and reasonable. I like the system and their process-orientated approach. The doctors and receptionists and their on site blood draw and EKG is well done! I love it.
