I love this place because I have great doctor. Zhen (Jane) Lu is been my prime doctor for several years, always on time with smile on her face make me feel better right way. Dr. Zheng Jane Lu has helped me controlling my sugar and blood pressure, She is very thoughtful and understanding and answers my questions so that I can understand. She refers me to some good specialist when I need them. She is very kind and pleasant. There were time when I felt bad and didn't have appointments to see Dr.Lu, and she would find way to squeeze me in that day. I appreciate that very much I recommend Dr. Zhen Jane Lu ! Great professional indeed

I'm actually surprised that this doesn't have a higher rating. I'd been looking for a PCP in-network that was nearby and went in to inquire about membership a year ago. I was assisted in a clean, private office to sign up, and the process felt calm and personal. I was linked up with Dr. 'Jane' Zhen Lu as my PCP. I have seen her 3 times for different issues and I think she is wonderful. Her demeanor is friendly, calm, inquisitive, and confident. My intake has always been on time, and even if I have to wait 10 min in the exam room to see the provider, I never feel rushed in my time with the Doctor. My experience at this location is great. My mentally challenged sister have been to NEMS to see Dr. Zhen Lu for at least 2 years. Our most recent appointments, I had to escort her to get detail instructions to solve a critical issue. 1st of all I'm impressed! Dr. ZL aka Jane. She put both of us at ease, soft on the eyes & helps especially when there's already a high level of anxiety when going to see a Doctor. A Rx was prescribed & a follow up to make sure my sister's symptoms are solved. NEMS is great w/the Pharmacy just right next door. No need to send it to Walgreen, CVS or Rite Aid. Whatever salary Jane have now, at least a year end big bonus should be in ordered.
