I gave them call and Ricardo answered right away on a holiday nonetheless! That in itself is rare. I explained my issue to Ricardo, he gave the cost upfront to troubleshoot the issue and said he can come & address the problem the next morning! I was so happy considering how hot it was and it being the holiday.
The next morning he came prompt and immediately got to work troubleshooting the issue. What I loved though is that he took his time showing me the problem and explaining the why's and hows. This immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. Working with someone new is always nerve-wracking for me.
He not only fixed the problem by replacing a part he had on hand, but he also went above and beyond and looked at all the maintenance areas and took the temperature inside my vent!
His pricing was so reasonable for the work he did and I would highly recommend this company!
I'm so happy I have a new HVAC person I can call for my home and definitely refer others too.
