David was the most knowledgeable by far of all the window people we met with, and he educated us on local regulations/features required by law (especially important since our home is situated in a fire zone). David also personally comes for the estimate and measures the windows so that the estimate is an accurate reflection of the job price. Action Window also offered the most competitive quote of the other companies we met with. Action Window's installation crew were quick and professional. “We have had all of the windows and sliding doors in our home replaced by Pella San Diego over the past 20 years. The first time we went to their showroom we met Matt Eckermann who has been our salesperson for all of the window and door replacements done over the years. Our first project was to replace the windows in our two kids bedrooms. Matt suggested that we replace the old aluminum windows with new bay windows, which made the rooms appear much larger and brought in more light. We replaced the rest of the doors and windows incrementally over the years and are delighted with the results. As far as I am concerned, Pella Windows are the gold standard and the San Diego office has served us well over the years. Their sales staff and installation crews are top notch! I am certain that our Pella windows and doors have greatly increased the value of our home should we ever decide to sell it.“

“My wife and I had been planning to replace windows for years but had been limited by knowledge and budget. We were directed to Steve Landry and the professionals of CEO and could not have been happier with the results. After several consultations and lengthy "this is what we want" discussions, it became apparent that Steve is extremely passionate and an absolute window expert not to mention a very patient man. Once we made the decision to go with CEO on this huge undertaking, everything went flawlessly. The site supervisor Dan and his lead worker Sammy were incredible! My wife and I both work and we had no concern what so ever allowing these folks in our home without us there. They were very courteous and meticulously got the job done. It is apparent that the team shares Steve's passion for perfection. A pleasant bonus was I think they left the house cleaner than they found it. During our initial shopping process we consulted several different window companies and yes, there are "cheaper" options out there however you would be extremely hard pressed to find a more professional and passionate company than CEO. When it comes to my home, I don't want to cut corners and I do believe that this is one area that "you get what you pay for".
