“like another reviewer, our apartment building has had nothing but ISSUES….we’ve had our kitchen sink filling up with nasty water with food, harmful cleaning products, general nastiness MULTIPLE times. we have a young infant whose bottles and my pump parts i keep in our sink so tell me why i woke up to both sides of my kitchen sink filled to the very top with my baby’s bottle parts floating in this truly digusting, foul water!!! the day before memorial day!!! and of course the complex maintainance sent me to voicemail via the emergency number?

“Used Atlas for the first time. We had been without use of upstairs bath sink reluctant to call a plumber that would charge too much or say we needed extra repairs like some do. Kamron showed up on time with his helper and they put covers on their work shoes before entering my home. He inspected the problem with the drain and told us our options and cost estimate upfront. When asked about installing a cleanout for the sink, he was honest and said it was not needed. They installed a new p-trap and cleared the drain and left the bathroom free from dirt or trash. Very pleased with the work and planning to call him again for any plumbing needed at my house.“

“Only 07/23, I had lost all hot water from my 16 year old Rheem water heater. I made a call to AccuServe Plumbing & Drain and spoke to Mike. This was definitely after hours at 9:00 PM. Mike spent the time to trouble shoot some of the common problems my water heater could have potentially have been experiencing.
