“When we turned our A/C on for the first time since it was serviced in December 2025, the system did not work. Alps sent a service person that same afternoon, and Christian got our problem resolved in a very short time. To insure one of the doors was making proper contact to turn the fan on, he taped the panel to make it close tightly (apparently, the previous service person had not secured it properly). Christian was polite, professional, and efficient; once the system was working, he waited a while to make sure it would continue to work, giving us the cooling we needed. Overall, it was a positive experience. There was no charge because we belong to the Comfort Club.”

Using their equipment, they removed an approximately four-foot-long mass of palm roots from the plumbing line.<br><br>Because the line had been breached, we decided to replace the damaged section up to the elbow. This was a significant project that required removing the baseboards and travertine tile, opening the concrete slab, and excavating the area to access the pipe.<br><br>I explained to Maria that we were expecting international guests the following week. She assured me the entire project would be completed before their arrival, including installing new tile and reattaching the baseboards—and they delivered exactly as promised.<br><br>Throughout the process, the crew worked methodically, kept the area clean, and responded promptly to every question or concern I had. The finished work looks excellent. Francisco was our technician who came out all 3 times. He was very respectful, they put on booties over their shoes to protect our floors, and efficient. We thought we had another issue from the work they did so they came out within 2 days and turns out it wasn’t related to the prior work but they comp’d the fee.
