The copper pipe outside my house was leaking pretty bad. Found Plumbing Method online and after reading the rave reviews I decided to give them a call on a Sunday afternoon (9/3) out of desperation. Got a call back immediately to schedule a visit by Jason a few hours that afternoon. He explained what he was going to do to fix the problem and was very transparent with the fees. He then spent the next few hours fixing the leak (with his daughter by his side). Jason was professional and friendly, and I appreciate his service. We called Plumbing Method because we had a water line emergency in our master bathroom. Cori showed up right on time and was awesome! I thought we were going to be without water for the rest of the night but Cori was able to cap and terminate the line and restored our water. I was really mad at my husband because of this but Cori came through and saved the night! If you need a plumber, especially if it is an emergency, call Plumbing Method! Great attitude, knowledgeable and helpful! You can't go wrong with these guys!
