“Dr. Ron and his entire team are truly the best! They are always so caring, compassionate, and kind.<br><br>A couple of years ago, my sweet Apples was diagnosed with cancer. Dr. Ron was kind enough to come to my home to help her cross the rainbow bridge rather than making her go through the stress of coming into the office. Apples would get very scared at the vet, so being able to say goodbye to her peacefully and comfortably at home meant the world to both of us. I will always be grateful to him for that.<br><br>More recently, my little Baylee became very sick, and we came terrifyingly close to losing her. Dr. Ron and his team did everything they could to help her, and thankfully, Baylee made it! ❤<br><br>What I also really appreciate is that they genuinely care about their patients and their families. They don't try to overcharge you, and they are willing to work with you when you're already dealing with the high cost of veterinary care.<br><br>I can't thank Dr. Ron and his amazing team enough for everything they've done for my babies. She made sure she understood everything clearly, asking all kinds of follow up questions. Ozzy is very anxious in new settings but Dr Mejia and her assistant both did a great job at making Ozzy feel safe and comfortable. “I have two GSDs who are both people and dog reactive. They’ve been to a couple of vets over the years, but we have never been treated so kindly as we are at Pinnacle Vet. They are incredibly accommodating with our appointments, allowing me to call when we arrive so they can ready our room and clear the lobby for us. The prices are fair and I never feel as though I’m being upsold on services. The techs are all so friendly and knowledgeable and their love of animals shines through even the smallest interactions. The vets are patient and kind, and I never feel rushed through our appointments.<br><br>One of the most impactful things about Pinnacle vet is how much they are willing to work with pet parents. We were able to get both of our girls spayed (plus umbilical hernia repair and gastropexy) on the same day so they wouldn’t have to spend a second apart and could recover fully together. Pinnacle staff were so gracious on that day, keeping me posted every step of the way. My younger girl struggled with waking up from the anesthesia more than her sister, and I got almost real time updates on her condition (which I didn’t even have to request, the techs just understand how stressful and scary pet surgeries and complications can be). On top of all of that, they were the most cost effective option for these surgeries!<br><br>I could gush for hours about how much we love Pinnacle Vet. Our girls will never go anywhere else!”

She was there for me and texted me very quickly when I was in dire need of a response. She also was there for me when I had to make the very hard decision to say goodbye to my 17-year-old cat. Because of the The Cat Doctor my kitty got a few extra comfortable quality years with me. The front desk staff are all helpful and kind.
