“Tags is the best and most affordable vet I know. The clinic is run by honest hardworking people who charge nominal fees for 5-star service. Dr. Nastro and his team truly care about the animals. They take the time to explain everything and answer all questions. My dog had an urgent issue and we couldn't afford to take him anywhere else. Dr. Nastro and his team recognized the urgency of the situation and accommodated us, even though this meant that him and his staff had to stay at work for 2 additional hours after the clinic closed to finish their work. I am very grateful that they were able to squeeze us in at the last minute, the day before the holiday weekend. They are closed 12/23/23-1/1/24. It's also great to know that they take walk-in vaccinations for only $20 each.“

“our beloved Dr. Tracy has passed away for five years now. September 2018 I believe. She was our vet for well over 23 years. She is very missed even though original classmate of hers. Dr. Megan is taking over her practice for the past five years we are very pleased with Dr. Megan. Also if you're looking for somebody to take care of your kitties cat doctor, Dr. Megan is the way to go. Rest in peace, Dr. Tracy.“

“This review is from 2021 and way overdue: My GSD had large grey tick (rare in these parts)during the pandenmic period on her chest and our usual vet wouldn't even take her as he was busy and every place I called was booked. So when I saw Pinnacle, I called and the gal that answered the phone said it sounded like an emergency and it would be quick so I drove there and someone came out as we waited outside the parking lot and they returned her with a giant pregnant tick in a tube! Obviously I did't want the tick even though it would make a good conversation piece but they asked us if they can keep it and of course I said Yes!....also our regular vet in canyon country recommended surger for my dog because he said she had kidney stones and urinary bladder infection..I didn't want to do surgery so I took her to Pinnacle and they said no surgery. Her blood panel showed very low on sugar and to give her actual cranberry pills that humans take...It worked! I am forever grateful to Pinnacle and the staff they hire“
“The five stars is for the reception staff who answers the phone. They were so nice and polite and sweet. They were able to help me with a referral.I personally did not visit this vet or have my animals seen by them. But omg I love their front desk!!!“
“Very nice veterinarian. Dr. Chang was excellent. Very thorough. Thought the next day that I had an issue with being billed twice and spoke with manager Gale. She was wonderful and it turns out I was thinking Banfield services for the price. It was my mistake for sure, but she dug deep to resolve it. Very nice staff all around“

“Very friendly place! My daughter was off on her honeymoon and her home pet sitter didn’t work out, so I had to find a place for her fur baby before I flew back home. Evergreen was extremely helpful and accommodating. Fur baby loved it & videos of her stay were provided to give my daughter feedback. Will definitely return!“
“Thank goodness for these people! Our dog had diarrhea and bloody vomit and we were so worried. Our regular vet could not see her( shameful that your vet for 20 yrs won't fit you in) . We called early in the morning and were able to be seen by 9:15 for an emergency appointment. Yes, it costs more, but, yes, it's with the peace of mind. They gave us all the options for treatment and were not pushing anything on us. Dr Brink was very thorough and reassuring. We wanted X-rays and. Blood work to be sure of any possible issues. Diagnosed with pancreatitis. The entire staff was kind and upbeat which is always nice when you are in state of worry. Couldn't have been more comforting. They called me to check up on her progress at home today, which is also a bonus. Much appreciated. The facility is clean and well organized. Very happy we found this place. It will be our new vet for our dogs.“
