Solid vet, has worked on the dog and the cat and helped them both! If you're broke, tell him, I always do, so then he only does the tests he thinks will confirm his suspicions, if he's wrong he'll move on to the next test rather than run the whole battery and charge you a fortune. He's been right the first time, every time, so I get in and out quickly for minimal expense.He's not a cut-rate vet, either. Our male cat had urinary crystals (common in male cats, sometimes females too, so if yours starts peeing or pooping outside the litter box, out of nowhere, TAKE THEM IN IMMEDIATELY). Sierra Veterinary Clinic is great for our furry babies! Dr Ron is great with all animals and his office personnel is also great. The office is open Monday through Friday, and Dr Ron I believe does his patient surgeries in the early morning and depending how many surgeries he starts seeing patients around 9ish or 10ish. The office has 3-4 huge cats that roam around the office and are well behaved. My Charlie has only been to Dr Ron since he was a baby, he is now 5 1/2 years old. I have had 2 times that I had to take him in as emergency. I was there with Charlie a couple of weeks for pancreatitis and Dr Ron treated him and he is 80% better. Sierra Veterinary Clinic is the Best place for my dog! Dr. Ron is great guy and very knowledgeable. My mixed poodle had a dental cleaning and extractions they went above and beyond! Staff was very friendly and were patient with me. I love Dr. Ron!I will continue to bring my dog Charlie back here.
