This review is from 2021 and way overdue: My GSD had large grey tick (rare in these parts)during the pandenmic period on her chest and our usual vet wouldn't even take her as he was busy and every place I called was booked. So when I saw Pinnacle, I called and the gal that answered the phone said it sounded like an emergency and it would be quick so I drove there and someone came out as we waited outside the parking lot and they returned her with a giant pregnant tick in a tube! Obviously I did't want the tick even though it would make a good conversation piece but they asked us if they can keep it and of course I said Yes!....also our regular vet in canyon country recommended...read full review

Great rates for spay/neuter. We moved from the Valley and Pinnacle charged half the cost we were quoted there. Always accommodating when our dogs need shots and took great care of our girl when she had a sudden expected emergency.What will keep us loyal customers, however, is the care our dog received when she had an Addisonian crisis unexpectedly for the first time after a hiking trip. We had thought she had a bad spider bite or something but within 3 days she became so lethargic and unresponsive we were scared. She is only 2, so totally confused us. Our GSD is our baby. She was treated very kindly and professionally. She had allergies, got a shot and some ointment and after 2 days, she is already looking and feeling better. They are very budget friendly.
