Excellent customer service & reasonable prices for dog vaccinations. Brought my little pomy here to do her shots and had a pleasant experience. Since my puppy is small, they would give her benedryl to make her comfortable before her shot. Amazing staff!! Will definitely be coming back!!

My family and I just want to thank the entire staff at Saugus Animal Hospital. As many of us have to experience the end of life of one of loved pets. The care and compassion to which we received was outstanding. We had our own room for which the family was able to spend time with our beloved Koda and we're not rushed in any way. Then the procedure was performed and our dog was never stressed. She was relaxed and at peace as we had to say goodbye. We chose the cremation whereby we received Koda's ashes in a beautiful locked wooden chest along with a really sweet note whereby all of the staff wrote a heartfelt message. Thank you again from our entire family

They were the right choice for my dog when he had to be put to sleep. They give us a nice room with a bed in plenty of time to say our goodbyes. They explained everything to us which made it easier. Then I received his paw prints in the mail and a beautiful card. They are very kind and considerate people.
