They are incredibly accommodating with our appointments, allowing me to call when we arrive so they can ready our room and clear the lobby for us. The prices are fair and I never feel as though I’m being upsold on services. The techs are all so friendly and knowledgeable and their love of animals shines through even the smallest interactions. The vets are patient and kind, and I never feel rushed through our appointments.<br><br>One of the most impactful things about Pinnacle vet is how much they are willing to work with pet parents. We were able to get both of our girls spayed (plus umbilical hernia repair and gastropexy) on the same day so they wouldn’t have to spend a second apart and could recover fully together. Pinnacle staff were so gracious on that day, keeping me posted every step of the way. My younger girl struggled with waking up from the anesthesia more than her sister, and I got almost real time updates on her condition (which I didn’t even have to request, the techs just understand how stressful and scary pet surgeries and complications can be). On top of all of that, they were the most cost effective option for these surgeries!<br><br>I could gush for hours about how much we love Pinnacle Vet. Our girls will never go anywhere else!”

“I took my dog here because they were the closest vets who could do a BAER test on a 2 year old pup who we suspected was shard of hearing for a long time. The vet was honest and mentioned if we suspect something, he probably has it and let us decide if we wanted to spend money or not. For the longest time we didn't think we needed testing until our dog started becoming aggressive towards other dogs with no warning and behaviorists recommended that we get him checked to know for sure and understand what's scaring him, so we just did it. We had NO idea he was 100% deaf, and now everything makes sense! The staff were all very friendly and attentive, they treated my dog very well, and he didn't even need sedation. I also really appreciated the transparency of pricing and everything before we decided to go ahead with the test. This test has changed everything and we are so thankful we went to this clinic.”

I was immediately impressed with the staff -- they took the time to ask a lot of questions about the reason for our visit and what had been going on with the dog. They really listened and offered a lot of valuable information before we even saw Dr. Johnson.<br><br>Dr Johnson took us exactly on time and was a breath of fresh air. She seemed incredibly knowledgeable, which have me a lot of confidence. Also, I never felt rushed. She took plenty of time to listen to the entire history and talk through what seems to be a very sensible and practical treatment plan.<br><br>These days, most vets (not to mention doctors) make you feel like just another number on their endless conveyor belt. That was definitely not my experience with Dr. Johnson and the staff. They listened carefully, made me feel heard and took the time to make sure I understood everything they said. In my opinion, that is a level of professionalism and care very rarely seen these days!”
