As a pet owner for over 50 years, I can honestly say, I have never visited a better hospital than Santa Clarita Animal Hospital. The staff, from the vets to the receptionist are all kind, caring and professional. I always feel my pets are the priority. The vets are knowledgeable and happy to be challenged by our internet diagnosis. :) The office is spotless and well maintained. Really, I can’t think of any improvement they could make.
We have used SCAH for both of our dogs in the past year when our mobile vet (who we love) wasn't available and we had situations that needed to be treated on an emergency/urgent basis and SCAH was wonderful both times. We've seen both Dr. Tran and Dr. Sures and they are both wonderful. They make us and our dogs feel comfortable, explain everything, give options, are reasonably priced, and their practice is one of the most calm vet environments I've ever been in. I am so very happy to be establishing a relationship with their practice for times our regular vet isn't available.
I had a great experience here. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and very helpful—especially Jose, who went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!
