“last week (the weekend before Christmas basically) I was hoping to get antibiotics for my dogs uti. I couldn't get ahold of anyone over the phone so I just drove to the clinic, not wanting to be that person but needing antibiotics before travelling hours away for multiple days. I was pretty disappointed to see a sign on the door saying the closed at 12 that day, and especially more disappointed since I had spoken to the vet the day before and he didn't relay to me that they'd be closing early the next day. but to my surprise Dr.Varun came through! I was about to walk into an emergency clinic and go through all the tests and 4 hours of waiting just to get antibiotics and right before I got through the door Dr varun called me and asked me to meet him at shadow hills. A CHRISTMAS MIRACLE. I can't tell you how much I love and value the staff here and the Dr. Varun himself is such a wonderful man. I'm happy I bring my dog here. he loves the whole staff and loves coming to o visiy“

“Took my dog here a few times when I had just got her as a puppy years ago to get her shots, neutered, etc. after having a really bad experience at another local vet. I felt very uncomfortable based on a few things that occurred leaving me to not trust the vet there so I got my records from them and immediately decided to take her here instead. My experience was amazing every time and it was half the price of what the other vet was trying to charge as they also claimed she had something wrong with her without running any tests (she didn't and they were just basing things off of a google search in-front of me which is what made me feel very unsettled). I ended up moving out of the area for a few years, but recently moved back and my dog had symptoms of a UTI so I decided to come back here yesterday. Once again, another great experience and this will definitely be my go-to vet. They were all absolutely great with my dog (she absolutely loved it there) and I like that they're very upfront about how much everything will cost without trying to get you to buy things that aren't necessary like other vets I've been to. They've also renovated since last time I was here years ago, looks great!“

“Tags is the best and most affordable vet I know. The clinic is run by honest hardworking people who charge nominal fees for 5-star service. Dr. Nastro and his team truly care about the animals. They take the time to explain everything and answer all questions. My dog had an urgent issue and we couldn't afford to take him anywhere else. Dr. Nastro and his team recognized the urgency of the situation and accommodated us, even though this meant that him and his staff had to stay at work for 2 additional hours after the clinic closed to finish their work. I am very grateful that they were able to squeeze us in at the last minute, the day before the holiday weekend. They are closed 12/23/23-1/1/24. It's also great to know that they take walk-in vaccinations for only $20 each.“

My family started with Dr. James Sharp when I was a child, way before he opened his own practice, then we followed him to his current location and have been happily with them all these years and through many a pet. Melanie, Maria and both Dr Sharps have always treated us like family. I would not, and have not ever taken my animals anywhere else. “I have been to many different vets in my life, but I can say truly that this is the best.Dr. Steve is so amazing. My Pepper had loved him when she was alive.Basil and Pickles adore him. He is so sweet to them. Pickles is an anxious girl and nervous at first with men. She only screeches with glee for me, grandpa, and her aunt. It was only the second time she met him when she immediately screeched louder than ever. He has a care that is truly wonderful. Basil gets excited for the vet with him and the wonderful staff.My cat, Juniper sees Dr. Kia. She is a spicy little brat. But for Dr. Kia Juniper immediately purrs and relaxes. I wish she would do that when I brush her!!!The staff especially the receptionists are so positive and kind and caring. They make your dogs and cats feel like celebrities!They also keep the lobby clean and there's free coffee!“

“This review is from 2021 and way overdue: My GSD had large grey tick (rare in these parts)during the pandenmic period on her chest and our usual vet wouldn't even take her as he was busy and every place I called was booked. So when I saw Pinnacle, I called and the gal that answered the phone said it sounded like an emergency and it would be quick so I drove there and someone came out as we waited outside the parking lot and they returned her with a giant pregnant tick in a tube! Obviously I did't want the tick even though it would make a good conversation piece but they asked us if they can keep it and of course I said Yes!....also our regular vet in canyon country recommended surger for my dog because he said she had kidney stones and urinary bladder infection..I didn't want to do surgery so I took her to Pinnacle and they said no surgery. Her blood panel showed very low on sugar and to give her actual cranberry pills that humans take...It worked! I am forever grateful to Pinnacle and the staff they hire“
