Dr. Cisneros did a consultation with me and my husband after we got rough news about a mass near our 7-year old GSD’s spleen. He went through all the reports and images from Vet ER and helped us interpret it all. Plus he gave very realistic options and how to get best possible outcome (just more time with our wonderful girl). Doc and team were so great. Really liked his communication style. Thinking about switching over to VIP going forward. Thank you VIP.
We recently had to say goodbye to our dog Roxy due to aggressive anal gland cancer, and it was one of the hardest decisions we’ve ever made. The team at VIP Veterinary, especially Dr. Cisneros, was incredibly compassionate and honest throughout the entire process. He helped guide us with kindness and made sure we truly felt supported in making the right decision for her. I will always be grateful for the care and empathy they showed us.
We sadly had to put down our fur baby, Ice, last week. It was unexpected & a very hard thing to do. But the office staff, vet techs, & Dr were all extremely empathetic, gentle & helpful. The team here genuinely care about the animals & families they serve. You can tell that it is not just another job to them. We are thankful for this vet and we will be bringing our other fur babies here too. Thank you again
