“AMAZING!!!!!!! 5 stars is not enough. All the staff is so so kind and helpful. I love that you wait in your car with your dog. The doctor is so wonderful. He explains everything in detail and answers any and all questions you have. He comes in with a smile and is so amazing with the dogs. I'm so incredibly happy to have found a great vet for my dog. Will definitely be returning in the future.”
“With a new dog, we needed a new Vet. After a thorough study of hundreds of reviews, we settled on Berkeley Pet Hospital and were offered a same day appointment.
The front desk was friendly and made eye contact, even though she was very busy. Thank you Vidi! Dr. Park listened with true interest and together we agreed upon a treatment plan which included medication and diet changes. All agreed upon tests were performed and a comprehensive summary of the visit was sent to my phone.
Communication from all employees and Dr. Park was superb and I am confident to have made the right decision for my dog.”
“I've been going here for 22 years, have brought 3 dogs & 9 cats here and recommend her to everyone i know with pets. I've brought pets in for regular exams, teeth cleaning and extractions, vaccines, serious injuries, surgeries, and the unfortunate saying goodbye and much more. The vet is absolutely amazing. She provides amazing service at a lower cost than most. Yes they get busy and yes its in a slightly rough part of town, but she provides amazing service for a good cost and has treated my pets, family, friends and I with nothing but respect.”
