    Keith is an extraordinary small business owner and really sets the bar high as far as personal trainers go. I have been working with Keith for years and I have really gone from someone who dreads weights to enjoying it and making it a regular part of my life. When I first started with Keith I could barely get 10 reps with the bar on bench press. Now my PR is 250 and can rep 225. His attention to form and plethora of knowledge in all things fitness, nutrition, and body building is well worth the extremely competitive price.     My husband and I have been working with Keith for almost a year now - we try to get in 1 to 2 times per week, and he always finds a way to make time for us. We both had different things we wanted to work on, but overall we wanted to feel better in our bodies. I cannot emphasize enough how much of a difference Keith has made in our lives. I have more motivation, I feel less anxious, I have more energy, and I feel more confident using the gym in my apartment complex.     My daughter and I have been working out with Keith for many years now and I can wholeheartedly say he is a phenomenal trainer. He is dedicated to his clients and truly cares about our health, strength, and overall wellbeing. All workouts are tailored to each individual and always work the entire body. My strength has improved drastically since first starting my sessions with Keith. Not only that, I've lost weight and kept it off for years now. My daughter and I always enjoy our workouts and we feel great every time we leave his gym. His encouragement has truly made an impact on my life and I'm forever grateful for his knowledge and expertise.
