Air & Plumbing Systems, Inc has been providing expert HVAC services to the Santa Clara area for over 25 years. With a team of seasoned professionals, they take pride in their experience and workmanship, offering cost-effective materials to ensure long-lasting investments. Customers praise their ease of work, competitive quotes, and prompt service. During a recent heatwave, they quickly scheduled emergency consultations, demonstrating their commitment to responsiveness. The team provides clear descriptions of problems and offers options, ensuring smooth installations without issues. They recently completed a great installation for a new Carrier Performance Heat Pump unit, finishing earlier than expected, even after removing older AC and Gas Furnace from the attic and installing the new HP. A technician also suggested minor modifications to the ductwork that significantly reduced air intake noise, showing attention to detail. The company is known for its professional and responsive team, delivering high-quality work and exceptional customer service. Their competitive pricing, competent proposals, and hardworking installer crew make them a trusted choice for serious HVAC projects.
I recently replaced a gas water heater with a 65 gallon Navien heat pump powered by electricity. As instructed by Mark Fridlyand, the owner of Air & Plumbing Services, I saved 55% off of a competitive price thru a Silicon Valley Clean Energy for Campbell rebate. The somewhat complex installation, including a new, dedicated electrical circuit, was executed skillfully and quickly by a Technician. An unforeseen hiccup in the process was addressed promptly and generously by Mark. He clearly understands the value of goodwill, and practices it masterfully. I look forward to an HVAC conversion to a heat pump in the adept hands of Mark and Eduard!

Would absolutely use again. Great customer service. I also had to cancel on them a couple of times and they were very understanding and nice about it. It’s hard to find a company that will service an old furnace, which we appreciated (although we did end up buying a new one).
