I recently reached out to Semper Solaris regarding questions and concerns about my Tesla Powerwall and solar system performance. Angie was very responsive, professional, and helpful throughout the process. She took the time to review my concerns, coordinate diagnostics, and submit a request for a technician to come to my home and address the situation.
Brak did a good job on a maintenance call to check the inverters. He was thorough, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. However, it took 3 months for Semper to schedule a maintenance call! Moreover, going through their support hoops is a nighmare experience.
I called Semper Solaris with a random question regarding a leak in my solar system. Greg answered my call and was attentive and friendly. At first he was not sure what my issue was so he asked for a few photos. I texted Greg a few pics and he instantly identified the leaking part and even help me find it on amazon.
