I called Semper Solaris with a random question regarding a leak in my solar system. Greg answered my call and was attentive and friendly. At first he was not sure what my issue was so he asked for a few photos. I texted Greg a few pics and he instantly identified the leaking part and even help me find it on amazon.

They all seem to know their job and explain themselves well. They stand behind their product. Josh was very helpful in getting my system back on line. He walked me through all the steps, explaining everything as we went along. He was very patient and easy to work with.
Technician Josh D. helped me get my Tesla Batteries and solar system back on-line during a virtual trouble-shoot meeting on 7/22/25. We met for about 35-45 minutes where he accessed our system remotely and was a able to resolve the problem in a professional and friendly manner. I was impressed with his outstanding customer service which is rare these days. Very well done sir.
