“We had a great experience during our examination with Dr. Tian and the staff. Dr. Tian was very thorough, explaining the purpose for each step of our examination and answering all of our questions. We never felt rushed. They have a very efficient process for determining your prescription and checking eye health. Our appointment was originally with Dr. Fong and the reminders all confirmed that we were scheduled with Dr. Fong. So we were surprised when we were seen by Dr. Tian. I think it would be helpful to update their reminders with the optometrist that you are scheduled with to avoid confusion. Overall, we had a positive experience and will be coming back.“

When you buy prescription glasses from here, they don't just hand it to you once the glasses arrive. They'll have you try it on so they can verify the fit. My first pair came back a little off centered and they sent it back to get it fixed.“

I have been blowing off going to the eye doctor for a few years, opting instead to do one of the simple vision confirmation through a well marketed contact distributor, just to get contacts, if I had known how easy and wonderful it was to visit Dr. Mann, I would have come much sooner! Her office was lovely, easy to find, lots of parking, clean, the staff was wonderful and the equipment was so high tech! This was the most enjoyable eye appointment I have ever had.
