I have come to this optometry office for more than 20 years. Even though the owner of the practice has been changed, the service remains outstanding and this is the reason that we stay with them. The office has been relocated to a new place and I've received the notification last December about this move. When I called for appointment, the staff reminded me they have moved. The new office is bright and spacious. The selection of the glasses frames is fantastic. The equipment is so modern that I believe it is better than the one in my ophthalmologist's office. Dr. Chin is the best optometrist. He is not only friendly but also thorough. He has provided the best service to my family for more than 20 years. The location of this practice is so convenient because, it is in the 99 Ranch mall in Daly City. Plenty parking spaces. The staff also is very professional. We will continue to come to this practice for eye care for years to come.

Dr. Chan and his staff are the most caring and accommodating.I reached out through the website on a weekend evening and requested an emergency visit. The staff got back to me within 30 minutes and set up a visit early in the morning outside their normal working hours. That alone should show how much they care about their patients.Dr. Chan, wearing a smile all the time, greeted me as there was no one in the office. He's the kindest most caring and most patient doctor you could ask for.
