So sad I've been trying to make an appointment for almost a month now without any luck. I call, nobody answers. I try to schedule via their website, each of their responses take over a day leading to a painfully long process just to schedule one appointment. Not sure if they need to hire more help but I've been coming here for years and am sad I'll need to look elsewhere now... I'm running out of contacts!
Professional and friendly. Dr. Chin is very thorough and witty too -- a pleasure to visit. Staff makes you feel welcome and are very helpful with everything from managing insurance to selecting frames. I can warmly recommend this place.
Great visit to Vision one on Redwood Shores Parkway! My 5 year old felt safe and heard. They helped with insurance questions and gave each of us their full attention and cared about our vision needs. The optometrist was fabulous and their selection of frames was really good.
