“Rigo was helpful getting me registered for my pup's registration and was great explaining what to expect for my pup's first play day. He pulled up the livestream so that I was able to watch as Sitka was introduced to the other pups and staff. As I watched the livestream I could see he was very comfortable meeting staff and other pups, and that was very reassuring. He was happy when I picked him up and that made me comfortable. “What a gem! Paw Haven truly saved me over the holidays after I was searching for reliable dog care since losing our longtime dog sitter. From the moment I brought my dog in for his temperament test, I immediately felt at ease—the staff were relaxed yet incredibly professional.
My dog is a senior with diabetes, requires insulin, and is partially blind, so I was nervous leaving him for over a week with new people in a new place. The staff reassured me right away that my pup would be in great hands—and he absolutely was.

“I cannot recommend Lilli at PetCare highly enough. She took such incredible care of my little Maltipoo, Mila, after her luxating patella surgery. Lilli specializes in animals with medical issues, senior animals and special needs. She was able to personalize Mila’s care by understanding Mila’s demeanor and followed all the recommendations from her orthopedic surgeon, complete with round the clock medication administration. She kept me updated on Mila’s healing throughout the day and even sent me pictures to comfort me. When I went to visit Mila one morning, Lilli showed me how to use the sling to give her back legs support while walking. Even after I brought Mila home, Lilli checked on us and helped make the transition back home smooth and stress free. Her dedication, expertise, and genuine love for animals made all the difference, and I am so grateful for the exceptional care she gave Mila.“

“We have two chihuahua mix rescues who have both benefited greatly from their training with Alexandra. One of our dogs was reactive, and its now much easier to bring him on walks as well as have visitors to our home. The other was quite skittish which made training on our own tricky. Alexandra really helped us navigate his needs and build up his confidence. Both of our dogs are more confident and much better citizens since they started training. Also, while we originally did training in person and weren't quite sure how well virtual training would go, Alexandra navigates Zoom training remarkably and we don't feel like we're losing anything from not having in-person sessions.“

“Jenina is so incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and professional--I would recommend her to anyone who needs help training their puppy or adult dog. We did the 4 session in-home training with our 2-year-old chihuahua/dachshund mix, who is very reactive and not friendly to new people. Jenina taught us and modeled certain commands and then we had the opportunity to try them on and get feedback so we were performing them properly. She was also so calm and patient throughout our sessions. Jenina provided us with helpful handouts to continue training, as it requires daily training on the owners part to ensure the skills are truly learned.
