Although, the job was not finished yesterday because the water heater was a bit too wide to fit thru the water heater space door so they had to come back today with another water heater to complete the job. The techs was wonderful and knowledgeable!!“

“Roman was excellent and very professional. He knew exactly what he was doing. He explained a step by step process that he was going to do to detect a gas leak I had. He changed the faulty valve where the leak was coming from and did an additional check in the lines. He found another leak. But after checking all the exposed area where the lines ran, he determined it was leaking from one of the pipes within the wall. I have to wait a few days for Roman to come back to patch the leak. Everything he did and the explanation of the job was very professional and easy to understand. I would highly recommend Pacific Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. The P-Trap had to be replaced as it was corroded. The quality of his work was very good, and the price he quoted was reasonable. “Gabriel and another crewman took care of the developing blockage. Gabriel was quite professional and the service was handled fairly quickly once they arrived.

The price quoted was the website price, though they warned on the phone that garage access points could be a good bit more. It seems mine was close to the door and easy enough to do the necessary, so much appreciated. Wish they had let me know more about expected arrival as there was a 2-hour window and Gabriel didn’t get there until just before the end, and the guy with the truck arrived about 40 minutes after that. Also, they didn’t have the right tool to open the access, but I showed them how to do it with a hammer-claw.

“We had a plumbing back-up at 7pm on a Sunday. We called Fix it Quick plumbing and spoke to Armando - he and Mario were at our house in 20 minutes. They got the plumbing working again and also found a broken drain pipe - they even showed us a video of it.
They gave us a fair and reasonable estimate to fix it.
Mario and Rubin were back the next day and completely replaced the drain pipe. Jonathan came the following day to replace the concrete they had to cut in the driveway.
