Based on the reviews, Plumbing Marina Del Rey is an amazing company with amazing people. Michael was amazing, responding to a Friday night call and completing the project Saturday morning. He was respectful and very knowledgeable, willing to troubleshoot via facetime and got it resolved the same evening. For a valve leak, Michael was super quick to respond, friendly and professional, and very straightforward with the solution and costs. He and Felix came the next day and were done in less than an hour. In another situation, Michael took the time to explain a sewage leak thoroughly, patiently, and honestly, telling the customer they did not actually need to hire a plumber. He gave clear, professional guidance. Customers appreciate that kind of honesty, calling it the mark of a true professional. The team is humble, and customers will never search for another plumbing company ever again.

I called Michael in the wake of a sewage leak coming through the ceiling of my apartment from an upstairs unit. I was concerned that the response from my apartment management might not be sufficient, and I thought I may need to hire an independent plumber to come assess the situation and document the damage.
