“Roman was excellent and very professional. He knew exactly what he was doing. He explained a step by step process that he was going to do to detect a gas leak I had. He changed the faulty valve where the leak was coming from and did an additional check in the lines. He found another leak. But after checking all the exposed area where the lines ran, he determined it was leaking from one of the pipes within the wall. I have to wait a few days for Roman to come back to patch the leak. “The water heater pipe was leaking and the roto rooter crew was great. They came to my house yesterday morning to give me quote and arrived back within 2 hours to replace my water heater. Although, the job was not finished yesterday because the water heater was a bit too wide to fit thru the water heater space door so they had to come back today with another water heater to complete the job. The techs was wonderful and knowledgeable!!“
