I have used Payless water heater for many years. They work every day, and generally come when they say they will. Customer service is really good.
The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the pricing. Very very expensive and they don’t give any sort of discount even if you are a repeat customer.

I originally got a quote from a plumbing company that was connected to my home warranty insurance. I was told that I couldn’t choose my own plumber of choice. And when the plumber assessed my unit, he said that my water tank had a leak and flooded the unit. He showed me the rusted connector. He then called Navien to see if I had any kind of warranty on the unit. Navien immediately said my warranty was void as it was installed improperly. The plumber then said it was irreparable and I had to replace the unit.
