We just completed a large project in Berkeley with Feraru & Associates Building and Design. We finished a second story addition, added a master suite, remodel the existing kitchen and the existing bathrooms. They made the entire process painless and we are happy to recommend them. From the first site visit, through the planning and construction they offer solutions and responses to all of our problems and questions.They were able to offer the full package that covered planning, interior design, permits and complete construction. We had Sorin and his team remodel our kitchen, and it was a wonderful experience. His team was professional, reliable, affordable, and very clean. They demoed, fabricated and installed new countertops, installed a new range, sink, and cabinet hardware. His team helped with the design and helped source materials. We are extremely pleased with the finished product and highly recommend their team for any remo
