These guys are amazing. 5 stars - very transparent with everything upfront - reliable - great communication - fast service- honest opinions given - helpful with making decisions on details such as skylights - Nick is the best!! Since getting our new roof we've had absolutely no issues. It stays warmer during the winter months and cooler during the summer. I only wish we didn't wait as long as we did to get a new roof.

We have used Nicholas Roofing, a family business, for a long time - 25 to 30 years. I thought I wrote a review before, but just realized I hadn't.They have done a number of jobs for us over the years. Here are the ones I remember: 1. reroofing a former house,2. replacing the roof on a small standalone garage,3. doing the roofing work on a remodeling project (converting a garage into a family room),4. replacing about half the gutters and downspouts on our current home5. most recently, hunting down a small leak over the family room. The folks at Nicholas Roofing are THE BEST in the business. They answer emails and calls promptly & they'll likely shock you with how quickly they can provide you with a fair estimate. Last year, the owner (Nick) came out to our home personally & assured me that our roof had lots of life left. His team made some small repairs to our roof that eliminated a few minor leaks we had at the time. Nick's father taught him well! It speaks volumes when the owner of a business comes out personally to give you an estimate.
