Then on the day of my appointment, Julian and Jeremiah showed up on time and got to work! They quickly realize that some of the shelves need modifications, which they were able to do on the spot. 845678 they put up eight shelves for me that were really large, and insured they were secured in the studs of the wall so I could put up heavy totes and boxes. They also fixed a curtain rod that was pulling away from the wall for me upstairs.
I also asked them to do two small extra installations, One was two secure a Garden tool rack to my garage wall. The other was to secure a broom and mop rack to my garage wall. They got everything done according to plan, and happily accommodated me to do the two extra Small requests. They cleaned up after themselves and we're very polite. The entire time they were in my home. I would not hesitate to have Omega Construction Provide services for me in the future. They are a wonderful business and great group of employees! Everything was quick and easy from the minute I contacted them online. Scheduling, the work itself, invoicing, and payment. It was seamless. I'm sure I will have them back soon for some other jobs! “Placed a call on Tuesday and got a tech out Wednesday morning. He examined my leaking faucet, offered me a few options that he carried in the truck, and then got to work. He did a great job of marking off the sink and ensuring alignment of the new faucet. Installed the feed lines and everything was completed in about an hour.
He was very pressional and friendly, wore booties inside the house and cleaned up at the end of the work.

“Promodeling updated our 1940's old-school tiled bathroom which involved replacing tiled walls and stall shower with cultured marble, texturing and painting the walls and ceiling, retiling the floor, refinishing the tub, and installing a new vanity, medicine cabinet, shower door, trim kits, and fan. Alexandra, the Project Manager, was easy to work with. She communicated clearly, returned calls and texts promptly, took time to answer my questions, and was very personable. Brian, the crew leader, was also easy to work with and was patient and thoughtful in explaining things I asked about. He and the crew were friendly, respectful, and cleaned up well each day. Everyone was very attentive to making sure the job was done the way I wanted it, and when I asked for some wall texturing and painting touch-ups, they were taken care of quickly.

I felt good about Promodeling's price. The estimated cost was nearly the same as the final cost. I did authorize a change order to replace an old plumbing part, which was a relatively small cost. I had one bid from another company that was considerably lower, but the estimate was much less detailed and I don't think they anticipated the full scope of the work. Another company's bid was much higher, and the company had their preferred vendors and products, which I felt might limit my input into the materials. I am happy I chose Promodeling.

I gave Promodeling a 4, rather than a 5, since I did need to ask for touch-ups the crew hadn't noticed. Also, the trim painting (window frame, and door and frame) was just OK and not as smooth as I might have done myself. I'm sure I could have asked them to redo it, but chose not to. I admit to being a picky painter! If I have another project, I will definitely contact Promodeling again, and I certainly recommend them to others.“

“An HVAC tech checked out my house and found ducts wrapped in asbestos. The ducts were damaged and exposed and the tech told me I had to remove them before work can be done. (Asbestos is banned and causes lung cancer) Reached out to Andrew contractors and Frank had the most rates. His crew was professional and helpful. Best thing I like about Frank is that he reached out and offer me home improvement advice even at no gain to himself. “We approached contractors cautiously - the two jobs we had were relatively small and we weren't sure if a contractor would take them on - but we had a feeling they were too big for a typical handyman. Eli was willing to take a look and we immediately knew we had our person when he came out to see the job.

“Nick just came to inspect my roof on my one-family house in El Cerrito. He took me on to the roof and walked me through my roof problems patiently and at length. Because of him, I know about how many years left I have, what work I can do to extend the life, and how much replacement will cost. He also gave me a reference for a solar panel company to do roof-related work since Sunpower (our installer) is out of business. In short, he was incredibly experienced, thorough, and honest! “Arthur and his team have an eye for design and are as professional as it gets. Back in February 2020, our patio awning blew straight off in one of those crazy Bay Area storms and was ripped from our house. We put repairs on the back burner, and when shelter in place orders were mandated, we decided it was time to finally look into our project. After a quick consult, Arthur recommended a couple of options: either we put the same sheet metal awning back on, or he could build us a wooden trellis. I chose to go with the wooden trellis, and figured now would also be a good time to put in the deck we had been talking about building for years since we had first moved in.
