4562 E 2nd St #H, Benicia“I emailed BeastBay late on a Monday afternoon, got a fast reply, their dispatcher called the next morning Tuesday at 10 AM, and sent a guy out that day (the week of Thanksgiving no less). They had given me a window of between 1 and 3 PM and Jovan showed up right at 1 PM. NICE! Love this guy. Jovan is friendly, fast, efficient, professional (CLEARLY knows what he's doing), and was respectful of our property. The quote he gave me (for switching out an old rusted shut-off value and hose from 1974) was WAY less than I expected at 200 bucks. He got the job done toot sweet and was out in less than 90 minutes. HIGHLY recommended!“
