Needed work on my water heater. Spoke to Tina, who took my information and promised to call back with an appointment. She kept her word and called me as soon as possible. Jeremiah showed up on the appointment date and took care of business. He handled the repair and afterwards, took the time to explain what the root cause of the issue was.
