I had a technician his name is Jordan from Up 2 Code plumbing came to fix my water heater and he did an amazing job! He knew what was wrong with heater as soon as he looked at. A previous plumber from different company told me the heater need replaced which would have cost me a lot of dollars. I recommend Jordan to do your plumbing work he is AMAZING !
Great experience with Up2Code! I bought and Installed a new AO Smith hot water heater from Lowe’s which had factory faulty parts and was making a horrible foghorn buzzing sound. I called and spoke to Catherine who was so pleasant and helpful. She worked around my schedule to set up an appointment. Jordan arrived on time and was very professional, knowledgeable and didn’t mind my DIYer questions. Jordan is an overall awesome young man, replaced the faulty factory parts and hung out for a while just to make sure everything was operating correctly. No more foghorn sound and the hot water is flowing once again! Awesome job guys! Thank you
Awesome plumbing service by Jordan!! He gets five-⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️‘s for being kind courteous and efficient. Very informative and gave me some good advice to prevent having anymore issues with pipes.
And great customer service from both Mike and Jordan!
God bless you Jordan. Thanks again for coming to my rescue! My angel today. 🙌🏻
