Entire staff professional and super sweet! They still buzz you in which I am glad they are still doing because it made the experience quiet and non crowded. The exam went well, and the optometrist was exceptionally great and explained the images of my eyes. The environment was clean and filled with the most beautiful plants along with a gorgeous water fall feature on their patio. It was like being in a tropical oasis. It had been a long time since I had an eye exam and I was a bit nervous. A lady helped me find a cute pair of cat eye glasses that will be progressives and tinted a beautiful gray when the sun hits it. I'm just a person calling asking for Eye Doctor's Call for my daughters and unfortunately this location isn't excepting new medical patients but I've probably called over 20 places today and Lindsay helped me over the phone today and she was the greatest person I've talked to all day out of the 20 places I've called.. She was very personable and very friendly very helpful went out of her way to find me a number because they weren't able to take my insurance as a new patient there just thought I'd give Lindsay a thumbs up whoever hired her did a great job she's awesome

Staff was very friendly and professional answered all my questions !! Dr. Lee was friendly and professional as well. He made feel that I was in good hands. He also followed up a week later to see if my glasses had any problems. I think that was awesome! Thank you Midtown! Great job !Mark P
