Professional, compassionate, caring. I needed glasses and went in to see what they have. GREAT selection, cozy optical shop, customized individual service that made me feel special!

Great customer service, but I never got to the actual exam part because they do NOT actually take Medicare or Central Coast Alliance as advertised on Google. What they take is the provider for VSP, but don't actually take the insurances VSP provides for. So don't make the appointment and then go, thinking you're all good. But the people on the other end are very sweet and gave me options to call. I think this happens VERY regularly.

This office is amazing Dr shahiti is very knowledgeable and has went above and beyond and beyond to help my 7 year old son with his severe astigmatism . I’ve never had been given this much context on my sons situation until coming to him. As a mother I’m very grateful for finding a doctor whom actually cares for his patients and loves his job I can’t thank him enough.
