I have to say they have the worst customer service ever and do not recommend anyone using them if looking for a local eyeglass shop! Extremely disorganize plus over priced! I put in an order for a pair glasses waiting over 3-4 weeks until I had to call them finding out my order was never placed. Super frustrating trying to support a local business that can't get their act together! I wouldn't recommend to them any of my friends of family..

Spex is amazing! From custom fitting, to one on one attention until you find the perfect glasses. The individualized, personal, caring attention sets them apart from the cookie cutter, rush you in, rush you out places. They truly care about your satisfaction and happiness with your frames. Their opthalmologist discovered a condition I have (when it was barely detectable in a regular yearly exam) that saved my sisters and my eyesight! I can't say enough about how truly grateful I am. I have recommended them to many friends and patients of mine. Thank you Spex, and doctors there. ?

Great service, looked at everything until I found the right frames for me! Cute shop, great inventory, nice people. Frames from cutting edge to retro, and everything in between. I will go back when it’s time for a new pair, for sure!!
